Download manually from you browser.. Not OTA update.., sometimes OTA update gets wrong n  make firmware hash iso firmware a different size that why the iso firmware get corrupted.. After you download it please Dave to your mmc card n open it n update from mmc card.. This will solve your problem with corrupted update iso/zip file..
