LPDDR3 it shud be! Pro 6 used the same! As usual....Amoled wins on brightness and contrast...LCD has a more accurate colours and better saturation! This TDDI is a similar tech which samsung calls super Amoled.......embedding the touch digitizer on the display....display itself has a touch layer...thus reducing the thickness of the phone....on par with amoled phones!
