Yes Just insert an activated Jio sim in slot 1
And add the new APN as told above..
It will surely ...

Dude any idea how to solve the Jio calling problem?

The call's are made through Jio app When net is on
Can't it be done through normal call from phone?

how to generate barcode via jio app??

Update your firmware and use a Wi-Fi after installing new firmware after that download Jio app from play store using Wi-Fi
Then it will work normally
